Calculation of Fees
Please note that fees are calculated by multiplying the weekly sessions total by the 50 weeks that we are open then divided by 12 equal instalments and then rounded up to the pound. This means that although the nursery is closed for 2 weeks in December the standing order should be the same as every other month as this is already factored into the calculation.

Peques is registered with the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF) to receive early education funding for eligible children from the term after they turn 9 months old until they start Reception. This government funding is provided for 38 weeks per year. However, as Peques operates for 50 weeks each year, we stretch the funding across the full year. This means the total funded hours are deducted from monthly fees and evenly spread over 12 months. Please note, we do not offer term-time only places.

Monthly Invoices Will Show:
A monthly food supplement is charged and varies depending on the child’s age band. Parents may choose to opt out, however, specific guidelines must be followed:
Failure to follow these requirements may result in the withdrawal of the opt-out option.

To begin the process, please email us to check availability. Once we have confirmed availability in writing, we will conditionally reserve the space for 24 hours. Within this timeframe, the completed registration form, the non-refundable £100 registration fee, and the £1,000 deposit must all be submitted. Availability changes daily, and the place is not secured until we have received both the completed form and the required funds within the given timeframe.
The deposit is applied per child, not per family. Once your child has attended for a minimum of four full months, the deposit will be credited to the fifth month’s invoice.
At Peques, we work in close partnership with parents and carers to support each child’s transition into nursery.
Every child approaches this new experience in their own way, some settle quickly, while others take a little more time to feel fully confident. Our settling-in process is designed to help children become familiar with their new environment, build trusting relationships with their teachers, and feel secure within the daily routine.
Each child will be supported by their Key Person throughout the settling-in period to help build familiarity and a sense of security.
Children thrive when they feel safe and confident. We aim to create a calm and welcoming introduction to nursery life, providing reassurance and clear guidance throughout the process.
Parents are warmly encouraged to contact the nursery at any time during the settling-in period for updates or reassurance about their child’s progress.
Settling In Procedure
The settling-in structure is the same at both Peques settings and is carried out over three days. The days and stages remain the same; however, the session timings differ between Peques Fulham Broadway (PFB) and Peques Parsons Green (PPG).
Day One (Tuesday)
The parent/carer will attend the settling-in session with the child.
The parent/carer remains with the child to introduce them to the nursery environment and support familiarisation with the space, staff, and routines.
Day Two (Wednesday)
The parent/carer will attend the first part of the settling-in session with the child and will then leave the child with the teachers for the remainder of the session.
The parent/carer must provide a contact number and remain nearby during this session to ensure they are available should their child need them.
It is important that the parent/carer says goodbye before leaving and does not leave without informing the child. Clear and predictable departures help children build trust and confidence.
During the parent/carer’s absence, a member of staff will provide reassurance and support as needed.
Staff will observe and support each child throughout the settling-in period, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident as they become more familiar with nursery life.
Day Three (Thursday)
Provided the child is comfortable with staff and peers, they will attend without the parent/carer and will have lunch with their group.
Where a child requires additional time to settle, arrangements may be discussed with the Nursery Manager in partnership with parents.
